Revision & Timeline Policy
At ASR Academic Research Solutions, we follow a structured, ethical, and professional workflow for manuscript and thesis development. This policy defines the revision scope, timeline commitments, and responsibilities of both the client and ASR.
1️⃣ Journal Publication Services (SCI & Scopus)
A. Revision Policy
To maintain quality standards and structured workflow:
SCI Publication Support includes up to Two (2) revision rounds prior to submission.
Scopus Publication Support includes One (1) revision round prior to submission.
Clients must provide consolidated comments in a single communication per revision round.
Multiple fragmented emails will be treated as part of the same revision round.
Revisions must remain within the originally agreed research scope.
Major changes such as modification of title, objectives, dataset, methodology, analysis model, journal change, or structural rewriting after approval will be treated as a new assignment.
Additional revisions beyond the included limit will attract extra charges.
Revisions are intended for refinement and improvement — not continuous rewriting.
B. Timeline Policy (Journal Papers)
ASR Responsibilities:
First draft delivery as per mutually agreed timeline.
Minor revisions: 5–7 working days.
Major revisions: 10–15 working days.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide feedback within 7 working days of draft delivery.
If no response is received within 7 working days, the draft will be treated as approved.
Projects remaining inactive for more than 60 days from draft delivery will be considered closed.
Reactivation of closed or long-pending projects may require additional charges.
Urgent revision requests may attract expedited service fees.
C. Journal Review & Publication Disclaimer
Journal review timelines depend entirely on the respective journal’s editorial and peer-review process.
Standard peer-review duration for reputed SCI and Scopus indexed journals typically ranges from 2 to 6 months or longer.
Acceptance, rejection, revision decisions, and publication timelines are solely at the discretion of the journal.
ASR Academic Research Solutions does not control, influence, or expedite editorial decisions.
Delays from the journal side cannot be attributed to ASR Academic Research Solutions.
We strictly adhere to ethical publication standards and do not engage in guaranteed acceptance or fast-track journal practices.
2️⃣ Ph.D. Thesis Writing Support
A. Scope & Structure
Thesis development will be based strictly on the initially agreed research title, objectives, and methodology.
Major changes in topic, framework, dataset, or methodology after commencement may attract additional charges or be treated as a new assignment.
B. Chapter-wise Revision Policy
Each chapter includes One (1) structured revision round after delivery.
Clients must provide consolidated feedback in a single communication.
Repeated rewriting of an already approved chapter may attract additional charges.
Structural or conceptual changes after chapter approval will be chargeable.
Revisions are intended for academic refinement — not repeated redrafting.
C. Thesis Timeline Policy
ASR Responsibilities:
Chapter delivery will follow the mutually agreed schedule.
Minor corrections: 5–7 working days.
Major academic revisions: 10–15 working days.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide feedback within 10 working days of chapter delivery.
Delay in feedback may impact overall thesis completion timeline.
Projects inactive for more than 90 days may be considered closed or paused.
Reactivation of long-pending thesis projects may require additional charges.
D. Academic Responsibility Disclaimer
Final approval of the thesis depends entirely on the university, supervisor, and evaluation committee.
ASR Academic Research Solutions does not guarantee university acceptance, viva clearance, or award of degree.
We provide structured academic writing and formatting support as per research standards.
3️⃣ Payment & Work Initiation
Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed initial payment.
Project timelines are calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
Delay in payment may affect scheduling and delivery timelines.
Final documents will be shared after completion of agreed payments as per service terms.
4️⃣ Client Data & Communication Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate research data, study materials, and required documents.
ASR Academic Research Solutions is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
All revision requests must be communicated through official email for proper documentation.
Instructions shared via phone or messaging platforms must be confirmed by email to be considered valid for processing.
Consolidated communication is required to maintain structured workflow.
5️⃣ No Guarantee of Acceptance or Approval
ASR Academic Research Solutions provides academic writing, editing, and submission support services.
We do not guarantee journal acceptance, indexing continuity, impact factor status, specific publication timelines, university approval, viva clearance, or award of degree.
Final decisions are solely at the discretion of journal editors, reviewers, universities, and evaluation committees.
Our responsibility is limited to providing structured academic support in accordance with standard research practices.
